Food is the fuel that feeds our every move. It is important to us that our guests are eating clean, organic and local farm to table ingredients that will fuel your mind and body. We create a menu that is delicious, nutritious and primarily plant based to provide you with a healthy anti-inflammatory and alkaline diet while you are here.

Each meal has been thoughtfully designed to provide your body with the vitamins, nutrients and balance it needs to perform at an optimum state.

Dani works hand in hand with Hale Kai Wellness chef Angie Lee to ensure a conscience eating menu is provided for our guests. She will also be sharing how to create some of her favorite recipes during the retreat.

Food by Chef Angie Lee

Chef Angie Lee is founder of A La Minute Catering. Miss Lee studied at the Culinary Institute of America. She started A La Minute after training in the kitchen with Chef Roy Yamagucci of Roy’s Restaurant.
